Cancellation Policy

A reminder message will be sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment

We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations or rescheduling

Where insufficient notice is provided, a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment cost will be charged

Non-attendance with no notice provided will be charged at 100% of your appointment cost

This fee will need to be paid in full prior to your attendance at any future appointments

Please note that cancellation fees are not claimable through private health insurance or Medicare
